Welcome to Prompt2Script. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website prompt2script.com and the Prompt2Script web application (collectively, the "Service") operated by Prompt2Script ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Prompt2Script is a platform that lets you describe a task in natural language, generates Python code using AI, and executes that code in an isolated sandbox. The Service enables you to:

• Generate Python scripts from natural-language descriptions
• Store encrypted secrets (API keys and tokens) for use by your scripts
• Run scripts in a sandbox and download the resulting files and logs
• Schedule scripts to run automatically (on eligible plans)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and secrets.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others
• Generate or run code intended to attack, disrupt, gain unauthorized access to, or exfiltrate data from any system you are not authorized to access
• Attempt to escape, bypass, or overload the sandbox, or otherwise abuse execution resources
• Mine cryptocurrency, send spam, or conduct denial-of-service activity
• Upload or transmit malware, or use the Service to distribute it
• Circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or security controls
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or illegal purpose

You are solely responsible for the code you generate and run and for ensuring you are authorized to access any third-party API, data, or system your scripts interact with.

5. Your Data & Content

You retain full ownership of the task descriptions, code, secrets, and outputs you create or provide ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service — including sending task context to our AI model provider to generate code and executing scripts in the sandbox — as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. AI-Generated Code

Code is generated by an automated AI system and is provided "as is." It may contain errors, inefficiencies, or security issues. You are responsible for reviewing generated code before relying on it, especially where it accesses credentials, external systems, or production data. We do not warrant that generated code is correct, safe, or fit for any particular purpose.

7. Plans, Limits & Billing

The Service offers a free tier and paid plans with higher monthly AI generation limits and additional features such as scheduling. Applicable fees, limits, and billing terms are presented at the point of purchase. Paid fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Prompt2Script shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).
• We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities resulting from use of, or inability to use, the Service, or from actions taken by code you generate and run.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prompt2Script, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, the code you run, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@prompt2script.com. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and your content may be deleted subject to our retention policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Prompt2Script operates, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
